Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Catering field.
Class 1 Chef.
Diploma in Culinary Arts.
Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management an added advantage.
Five ordinary level passes including English, Mathematics,and Science.
Proficient computer skills
Menu planning and costing experience a must.
