Social Media Officer (Harare)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversees all Cospharm Group social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
* Uses social media marketing tools to create and maintain the Cospharm Group’s brand
* Works with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
* Works with management to advertise the Cospharm group products and offerings
* Interacts with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
* Develops the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy
* Monitors SEO and web traffic metrics
* Suggests and implements new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
* Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* 1st degree in Marketing, Journalism, Media or equivalent
* At least 2 years experience working in digital marketing and managing social media platforms.
* Basic knowledge of design using Canva and Photoshop is an added advantage.
