Job Summary
Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all mining, excavation and workshop activities at various mining and construction sites. He is required to give detailed daily reports on all equipment activities within his jurisdiction, record production and track all equipment KPIs.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
2. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
3. Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities
4. Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks
5. Assessing and managing mine safety rules
6. Ensuring appropriate site rules and procedures are in place.
Qualifications And Experience
Diploma or Higher certificate in Mining
Full blasting licence
Proficient in MS Excel and word
Knowledge in the application and operations of various earthmoving equipment
Minimum of 5 years experience
SHEQ Certification is an added advantage
