Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical works on site
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Enforce SHE requirements and conduct toolbox talks
- Manage site teams, materials, and daily reporting
- Liaise with engineers, clients, and inspectors (including BPC where applicable)
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in electrical site supervision
- Strong knowledge of LV and HV electrical systems
- Experience on BPC or utility-related projects is an added advantage
- Knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
