About the Role
Exodus & Company is seeking two qualified and experienced Site Quantity Surveyors to join our growing infrastructure team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about construction cost control and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tender scouting and prepare tender documentation

• Review construction plans and develop quantity requirements

• Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and respond to tender queries

• Handle contract negotiation, signing, and compliance checks

• Perform due diligence on tenders and ensure contractual compliance

• Track and document changes in design and update budgets accordingly

• Maintain and build professional relationships with stakeholders

• Travel to various project sites as needed

Qualifications and Attributes

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution

• CCS Candy software knowledge is an added advantage

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering Projects

• Strong understanding of construction and tendering processes

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills

• Knowledge of SHEQ legal requirements and Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) is an added advantage
