Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out development of University maintenance plan.
- Serves as the University Clerk of Works.
- Ensures that all maintenance and construction works are done in conformity to specifications and workmanship, procedures and regulations.
- Provide Civil Design for University Civil Works.
- Carry out other technical and supervisory duties as directed.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering/ Surveying and Geomatics or Equivalent.
- At least 3 years in construction related environment.
- A clear understanding of building construction processes.
- Class 4 drivers license.
