Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pump attendants and general hands to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to operating procedures.
- Oversee daily fuel sales, coupon and fuel card redemption, and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Conduct daily cash and fuel reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Manage banking processes, including cash deposits and reconciliation with sales records.
- Monitor stock levels, fuel deliveries, and ensure proper handling and storage.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the service station.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of conduct.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Safeguard company assets by implementing strong controls over cash, fuel, and consumables.
Requirements
- A Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales, preferably within petroleum service stations, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven ability to manage frontline staff.
- Solid understanding of cash management, reconciliations, and banking procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
