SITE CLEANING SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, schedule, and supervise cleaning staff

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and service delivery at its various sites.

• Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks based on site priorities.

• Perform regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.

• Maintain detailed records of inspections

• Ensure staff follow proper cleaning procedures

• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained

Qualifications:

• A relevant certificate or diploma

• At least 2 years relevant experience working as a supervisor

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer literacy
