Key Responsibilities

  • Assists the Service Delivery Coordinator in the development of a draft annual plan for service delivery in the province by submitting information on the set targets
  • Assists the ZNFPC clinic in development of annual work plan for the implementation of the service delivery project
  • Reviews the implementation of plans with the relevant supervisors assisting in problem definition and solution
  • Draws up refresher course schedules annually daily activities schedule monthly and annul leave schedules for submission to the service delivery
  • Analyses clinic records and ensures that there is reconciliation of the registers, cash and stocks
  • Ensures that standard of client service and infection prevention measures are maintained
  • Management of clinic staff and clinic oversight

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Sciences/Nursing Administration
  • Diploma in General Nursing (RGN), Nursing Administration or Midwifery
  • 5 O’ Levels including English Language
  • Valid Practicing Certificate
  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing Clinic Services
