Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Registered with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe with a valid practising certificate.
  • Post Basic qualification in Nursing Administration or Management is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical governance, infection prevention, and patient care standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
