Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing a retail outlet, branch, or similar operation.
FMCG experience would be an added advantage, although strong retail management experience from other sectors will also be considered.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through proactive customer acquisition and relationship management.
Strong understanding of:

Gross Profit Management
Stock Control
Loss Prevention
Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
