REQUIRED: SHOP MERCHANDISERS
COMPANY NAME: INCYTE INVESTMENTS P/L
LOCATION: Across Zimbabwe
A dynamic and growing company involved in the distribution of livestock feed raw materials, additives and pharmaceuticals seeks the services of talented and energetic shop merchandisers to join its growing team. The incumbents will provide direct customer service and support by selling the company’s products in the various distribution outlets across Zimbabwe and assisting in customer carry-outs, stocking and restocking of products.
Responsibilities:
- Stock and maintain shop product levels.
- Sell products and advise customers on products prices and features.
- Provide product knowledge to customers and recommend the right products.
- Providing assistance in receiving and display products in accordance with specific established policies, procedures and standards.
- Perform general space maintenance and housekeeping; monitor and maintain the condition and safekeeping of merchandise.
- Ensuring stock is placed correctly on shelves and enough stock is available.
- Understand customer needs and address them accordingly.
- Collect and manage customer information.
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience and knowledge of retail floor space sales techniques.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
- Ability to sort, check, count and verify numbers.
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques will be an added advantage.
