The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the branch meets its objectives, focusing on customer service, branch performance, cash controls, stock accountability, staff management, and overall maintenance of branch facilities. Duties And Responsibilities

Organizational Goal Achievement:
-Drive the shop towards organizational goals.
-Provide exceptional customer service and ensure subordinates uphold the same standard.
-Resolve customer complaints promptly.

Shop Maintenance:
-Ensure both the interior and exterior of the shop meet company standards.
-Manage operational issues, including shop housekeeping and administrative duties.

-Conduct physical inventories to maintain stock accountability.

Cleanliness and Operational Efficiency:
-Maintain shop cleanliness to enhance the overall customer experience.
-Manage store revenue, handling cash/cheques, banking, and reconciliations.
-Implement a zero-tolerance policy for cash losses.

Qualifications And Experience
-Degree in Marketing.
-2 years of experience in a retail setup is an added advantage.
