Job Summary
The shop manager is the conduit of information exchange between management and shop operations.
Central to the duties and responsibilities is the installation of managerial impetus throughout all shop operations, viz, the introduction and maintenance of managerial outlook in every aspect of running of a retail shop. This includes the translation and enforcement of company expectations of the shop.
In addition, the monitoring and management of all shop personnel and communication of shop operational challenges and opportunities to senior management are expected.
