Key Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance to Mining Regulations, SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Coordinates mining activities with the objective of meeting production targets.
- Assesses the quality of work performed by subordinates and initiates corrective action where necessary.
- Ensures the maintenance of high standards of housekeeping.
- Ensures the adequate provision of resources, machinery and equipment to meet production targets.
