Assist in developing and attaining safety, health, environment and quality goals

Duties:

• Increase the monthly near miss reporting
• 100% participation of the employees in implementation of the IMS
• Support in employee on-boarding process including the scheduling of inductions for new employees as well as medical bookings.
• Updating IMS files and maintaining all relevant records
• Carry out inspections and follow through the tracking process in the closure of gaping issues to do with Health and Safety of employees.
• Taking the initiative by ensuring that the organization carries out Safety, health and environment (SHEQ) programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Geography Environmental Studies, Natural Resources Management, Safety Health Environmental Management
