Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace SHEQ inspections, audits, and hazard identification activities.
- Assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with occupational safety, health, environmental, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate SHEQ inductions, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and employee awareness programmes.

- Support contractor compliance, environmental management initiatives, and internal and external SHEQ audits.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management or a related field.
- OSHEMAC professional qualification is a requirement.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality role.
- Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Zimbabwean occupational safety and environmental legislation.
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000/HACCP is a requirement.
- Strong analytical, report writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work independently.
