- Full Blasting Licence (FBL)
- Shaft Timberman Certificate
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Must have worked at Overseer Miner level for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of NOSA SHE Management system is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
