The incumbent will be responsible for the overall supervision of the Service Station
Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Manager, the incumbent’s duties include:
« Promoting and enforcing safe practices on the site in line with the Company’s Health Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy.
« Ensuring excellent customer engagement and service delivery at the forecourt.
« Leading, motivating, supervising, and providing support to the team on shift.
« Training and coaching forecourt cashiers in all aspects of site operations.
« Daily stock and sales reconciliation and reporting.
« Ensuring execution of all daily service station operations to the highest standards.
« Maintaining the highest level of housekeeping on the site and conducting compliance checklists.
« Conducting spot checks on forecourt cashiers.
« Assisting the Site Manager in his/her daily duties.

Qualifications And Experience
« Must have a minimum of Five O-Levels, a post high school qualification will be a definite advantage
« Must have experience working in a fuel station.
« Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
