Key Responsibilities
- Serves as first point of contact for incoming support requests;
- Triages, diagnoses and resolves incidents related to desktop/laptop hardware, printers, mobile devices, operating systems, productivity applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), VPN and remote access, and common business applications;
- Escalates incidents to appropriate teams (network, server, application, security) when required and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
- Certification in any two of the following is a must. (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL 4 Foundation, Microsoft 365, Apple Support certification);
- A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
