Duties And Responsibilities
1. Lead and monitor aftersales activities to achieve set objectives and targets.
2. Maintain contact with all clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.
3. Assist clients in resolving issues and complains concerning service delivery.
4. Daily update to the Workshop Manager/General Manager on any need to provide flowing aftersales support (parts/service) to every unit sold.
5. Build and establish a good relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue.
6. Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity.
7. Liaison with sales department to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance through aftersales.
Qualifications And Experience
1. A degree in Business Management/ Marketing or a related degree from a reputable institution.
2. At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
4. A clean class 4 driver’s licence.
