We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and customer-focused individuals for the position of Service Advisor that has risen within the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop.
- Receive vehicles for service and repairs and accurately capture customer concerns.
- Prepare job cards, service estimates and invoices in line with company and manufacturer standards.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians and parts department.
- Communicate service progress, additional work requirements and completion timelines to customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to Jaguar Land Rover brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate service records and warranty documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably within a dealership or premium automotive environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Computer literacy (dealer management systems and MS Office).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Automotive or technical qualification is an added advantage.
