Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Parts and Services Department.
  • Preparing service and workshop quotations.
  • Obtaining customer service orders.
  • Creating and managing service jobs within the ERP system.
  • Capturing labour, parts, materials, and service transactions accurately.
  • Coordinating the ordering, availability, and expediting of parts for service and workshop activities.
  • Raising part re-orders and demand requests based on workshop requirements.
  • Processing orders for external service providers.
  • Investigating and resolving service administration and invoice-related queries.
  • Preparing and following up on customer quotations.
  • Liaising with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery of parts and internal sales requirements.

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in ERP Info M3.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
