Responsibilities
Research Travel destinations, accommodations, flights, transportation and tours.
Determine each client’s travel requirements and assist each client in planning and booking arrangements.
Create and maintain travel itineraries
Ensuring that clients pay a deposit before booking commences.
Issue travel tickets and hotel reservation confirmations.
Informing clients about the cancellation policy, salient dates and penalties.
Developing marketing plans
Training of junior travel consultants
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism
IATA qualification is an added advantage
Familiar with Travelport/Galileo GDS system
