SENIOR SECRETARY – Chinhoyi University of Technology

DESCRIPTION 

Applications are invited for the following position that has arisen in the University:- Vice Chancellor’s Office
Reports to the Vice Chancellor

The duties shall include:-
Typing general correspondences and reports;
Attending to phone calls and visitors;
Maintaining office diary;
Making travel arrangements;

Assisting in the University functions;
Photocopying and faxing;
Ordering office consumables;
Taking minutes in meetings;
Handling incoming and outgoing mail;
Record keeping and performing any other related duties as assigned by the Vice Chancellor.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have at least five Ordinary level passes including English Language
Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
A high degree of computer literacy
At least three (3) years relevant working experience.
