Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Designated Child Protection Officer.
• Produce the academic master timetable on a Termly basis and oversee changes to the timetable during the academic year in liaison with the various Teachers.
• Oversee internal and public examinations in liaison with the Exams Officer.
• Teach given classes as per the timetable.
• Oversee the learning support of pupils throughout the school, including making the best use of AI models to aid pupil learning.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior school leadership role, with responsibility for staff, budgets, and whole school outcomes.
• Degree in Education or related field.
• Be a competent administrator and organiser, and an efficient people manager.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Cambridge and ZIMSEC curricula.
