- Receive and record incoming mail File and dispatch mail to various recipients within and outside Council Issue, receive and record files Track files in circulation Mend files Bind books
Qualifications And Experience
- 5 ‘0’ levels including English language and Maths/Accounts Certificate in Records and Archives Management or equivalent Must be computer literate At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
