Karo Platinum Private Limited is preparing to commence mining operations on its lease in Ngezi in the coming months. As we move into this exciting phase of development, we are seeking experienced mining professionals with proven expertise in Zimbabwe’s platinum group metals (PGMs) sector. Successful candidates will play a key role in driving operational excellence and will work closely with our mining contractor to optimize production, resource management, and technical integration within a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
SENIOR PRODUCTION GEOLOGIST
Optimize in-pit geology for production efficiency, refining models with contractor feedback.

BSc Degree in Geology

Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in PGMs production geology

Working knowledge of geological and resource modelling software packages (Surpac and Datamine)
