Job description
Delivering engaging and informative lectures to CTA students, ITC Board courses and BCTA.
Developing comprehensive and up-to-date lecture materials, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and other supporting resources.
Setting, reviewing, and marking examinations in adherence to established standards.
Training and supervising external examiners and markers to ensure consistency and fairness in the assessment process.
Ensuring review queries from external setters are addressed in collaboration with the setter.
Reviewing training records.
Conducting one-on-one consultations and guidance to students, addressing their academic concerns, and assisting in their professional development.
Conducting research and writing articles.
Conducting client feedback meetings in liaison with the registrar office
Reviewing departmental reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
CA (Z) or CA (SA) with two to three years post qualification.
MBA is an added advantage.
A diploma or degree in education is an added advantage.
At least three years’ experience in lecturing.
