Requirements

  • BSc/BSc Hons or higher in Geology, Mining Geology, Earth Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant mining geology experience, with at least 5 years at senior/supervisory level.
  • PGM experience strongly preferred, particularly layered intrusive/reef-style deposits.
  • Proficiency in geological modelling and resource estimation software such as Vulcan, Datamine, Surpac, Leapfrog or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of recognised Mineral Resource reporting codes such as SAMREC, JORC, NI 43-101 or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Professional registration/membership such as SAIMM, SACNASP, GSA, AusIMM or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Strong commitment to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) standards and safe mining practices.
