Responsibilities:

 

 

• Support audit preparations and ensure adherence to financial regulations.

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash reporting.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely payments.

• Oversee Customer Invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Deliver timely and accurate month-end, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Collaborate across departments to align finance with business operations.

• Maintain the General Ledger with accurate reconciliations.

Requirements:

 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.

• QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel experience required.

• CPA or similar certification is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
