Key Responsibilities
- Enforce security procedures and manage incidents (Security Supervisor)

- Perform daily safety checks and machine maintenance (Excavator Operator)
- Work on construction sites and travel to project sites as required (Graduate Trainees)
Requirements
- Security Supervisor: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory security role; Proven leadership and team management skills; Valid Security Guard Certificate (an added advantage); Excellent communication and report-writing skills; Ability to enforce security procedures and manage incidents; Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts; Clean criminal record; A valid Class 4 driver’s licence is an added advantage.
- Tipper Drivers: Valid Class 2 Driver’s Licence; Defensive Driving Certificate (mandatory); Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating tipper trucks; Good knowledge of road safety regulations; Experience in construction or mining projects is an added advantage; Ability to perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Excavator Operator: Valid Excavator Operator Certificate; Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating excavators; Experience in earthworks, road construction, or civil engineering projects; Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions; Knowledge of machine maintenance and daily safety checks; Strong commitment to workplace health and safety; Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
- Civil Engineering Graduate Trainee: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering; Recent graduate (0-1 years); Knowledge of road construction, drainage, and infrastructure development; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related engineering software is an added advantage; Knowledge in Project Management; Willingness to work on construction sites and travel when required; Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Land Surveyor Graduate Trainee: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field; Recent graduate (0-1 years); Basic knowledge of surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and Auto Levels; Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS software is an added advantage; Knowledge in Project Management; Willingness to work outdoors and travel to project sites; Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Quantity Surveyor Graduate Trainee: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field; Recent graduate (0-1 years); Knowledge in Project Management; Knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tendering processes, and cost control principles; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, CostX, CCS Candy, or other quantity surveying software is an added advantage; Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
