Job Description
Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation is a major player in the Zimbabwean Mining Industry and a key contributor to the growth of the Zimbabwean economy through mining and mining development. The Corporation has the following exciting, fixed term opportunities that have arisen at our Golden Kopje Mine (Chinhoyi).
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Supervising external security service providers
• Monitoring and enforcing adherence to security standard operating procedures
• Monitoring and controlling access and exit
• Checking and verifying all goods received on site
• Maintenance of a daily entry and exit log
• Inspecting security installations for utility, risks and improvement
• Reporting all security incidents and risks
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• Diploma in Risk and Security Studies or Equivalent
• Government Security Services experience (Police, Military or Equivalent)
• 5 O level passes
• Class BE (Class 4) Clean Drivers Licence
• 10 years working experience
• Knowledge of Firearms handling
