Security Operations Manager (Security Industry, Harare)
Our client is one of the leading security company looking for experienced Security Operational Manager to join their team. At least minimum of 5years experience in the similar role. The incumbent must have experience in security management of guard force. Must be familiar with general standards related to guard selection, briefing, posting, roster and duty cycles , supervision.
Duties And Responsibilities
Radio procedure. Guard monitoring use and the management of same alarm application and use. CCTV application and use. Must be able to demonstrate ability to conduct standard security risk assessment and demonstrate ability to investigate and report on security incidents . Must be computer literate- word and excel as a minimum. Must have a full class 4 licence.
