Our client, a leading company in the agricultural sector, is looking for an experienced Security Manager to join their team. He/she would report directly through to the Operations Director and CEO. The key purpose of the role is to develop and implement security strategies in line with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

– Analyse, develop and implement security strategies.
– Manage and control both internal and external security assets.
– Risk analysis
– Develop prevention strategies meant to protect the company at all its levels of operation.
– Forensic Investigations
– Monitor and analysis of supply chain and implement security strategies.
– Adapt and implement security related technology.

Requirements

– Business or supply chain qualification
– Minimum of 20 years’ experience in Security at a senior management level.
– Excellent verbal and written reporting skills
– Technology savvy
