Job Description
We are seeking reliable and vigilant Security Guards to join our team in Gweru. The security guards will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our client’s premises, employees and visitors.
Duties and Responsibilities
Patrol Premises: conduct regular patrols of the premises , including buildings, parking areas and surrounding grounds.
Provide Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employee, visitors, and contractors and respond to their queries and concerns.
Access Control: Control access to the premises by checking identification, issuing visitor passes, and monitoring entry and exit points.
Report Incidents: Report all incidents, and security breaches to the supervisor or management.
Maintain Security Equipment: Ensure that all security equipment , including CCTVs, alarms , and radios are functioning correctly.
Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services in the event of an incident or emergency.
Qualifications and Experience
O level or equivalent level of education, police clearance forms, copy of educational, firearm and dog-handling training, references, birth and I.D.
Must have at least 3 years experience as a security guard.
21 -55 years (Male Security Guards)
28 – 45 (Female Security Guards)
