About the Role
Defcorp is hiring a reliable and active Patrol Officer to support our security teams across Harare. You will use a motorbike to patrol different sites, manage shifts, check guard performance, and respond to on-site issues. If you are strong, well-organized, and ready to lead in the field, this job is for you.

Key Duties

• Ride a motorbike to check multiple sites

• Make sure guards are on time, in uniform, and alert

• Handle shift changes and post handovers

• Keep track of daily schedules and fix any gaps

• Help guards on-site and report issues to managers

• Do surprise checks and respond to incidents fast

• Act as the main link between guards and the office

• Write reports on what happens during your patrols

• Guide and correct guards when needed

• Make sure each site follows security rules

• Keep clear records of patrols, reports, and feedback

What You Need to Apply

• A high school pass or better

• Worked in security before, preferably with a team role

• Has a valid security license and motorbike license

• Can lead others and stay calm under pressure

• Good at fixing staff gaps and keeping shifts smooth

• Speaks and writes clearly

• Fit and able to ride long hours

• Ready to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Has done patrol work or mobile security before

• Knows how to use reporting and scheduling tools

• Understands how to place and manage guards across sites
