The Secretary will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Investigations Department and assist the Administration and Registrations departments when required. Duties include preparing and managing correspondence and documents, answering telephone calls, liaising with clients, organizing office records, supporting daily office operations and performing any other duties assigned by the Registrar.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to learn Council processes.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
