The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) is a statutory body mandated to ensure the provision of a level playing field for safe, reliable and sustainable energy supply through effective regulation.
ZERA seeks the services of a highly competent, professional and results oriented individual who is able to take the organisation to a higher level in the following role:

SAP PROJECT OFFICER.(12 Months Fixed Term Contract).

Reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Director, the Key Job Functions of this position will be:

Planning, tracking, and reporting on SAP project activities, including an assessment of critical path activities and status.
Identifying and managing project dependencies.
Coordinating the development of SAP customizations and status of FIORI applications that are integrated to SAP.
Maintaining project plan status updates for all activities (functional and development).
Creating/updating weekly status reports.
Drafting Management reports for management meetings.
Facilitating meetings per agenda items.
Capturing and publishing meeting minutes and action items.
Assisting in identifying and managing project risks and issues.
Working with teams to assess resource requirements and conduct resource planning.
Setting quality control standards and tracks implementation.
Setting and tracking change control procedures.
Coordinating project team and their interdependencies. Manages and utilizes resources across project team.
