Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacant post on a one-month fixed term contract that has arisen within the Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund (ZIMDEF) – an equal opportunity employer.
SAP HCM and Workflow Developer: Fixed Term
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Organisational management – defining the hierarchy, info types (for data management) and Position Management.

Personnel Administration – managing employee master data.
-
Recruitment – whole hiring process.
-
Employee Self Service.
-
Manager Self Service.
-
Leave Management (Fiori).
-
Any other HCM related issues.
Qualifications and Work Competencies
-
Bachelor’s Degree Honours in Administration/ Business Management/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent degree.

SAP Certificate in Human Capital Management Modules (HCM) a must.
-
At least 3 (three) years’ experience.
