Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales within and outside the branch to achieve allocated sales targets.
  • Conduct market surveys, including competitor and customer analysis, to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in branch marketing activities and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure stock is properly displayed, merchandised, and promoted to maximize visibility.
  • Educate customers and demonstrate product features and usage effectively to support purchasing decisions.
  • Manage customer accounts, process invoices, and ensure all transactions are properly authorized.
  • Contribute to team goals by upselling related products and promoting special offers where appropriate.

Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail industry.
  • A valid driver’s licence

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.
