Duties And Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for: Meeting or exceeding sales goals, Negotiating contracts with prospective clients, Preparing weekly and monthly reports, Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs, Perform store opening and closing procedures, Maintaining client records, Answering client questions about products, prices and availability, Assist in visual merchandise, inventory, markdowns, POS transactions and online delivery. Facilitate interdepartmental communication to effectively provide customer support, tracking daily, weekly and monthly performance of his/her sales representatives, Revamp procedures involving customer needs and purchases, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing costs.
