The incumbent reports to the Sales Manager and liaises with technical staff; technicians, developers, and programmers in performing his/her duties. The individual must be smart, well-groomed, and a very good communicator.
The position is strictly for a self-starter who works with no supervision, meets set targets with no excuses, is self-motivated, loves to meet and talk to people, and derives lots of pleasure in expanding his/her network.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain contact with retail stores, restaurants, and hospitality businesses with a view to long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
• Set up meetings and make product presentations.
• Prepare quotations and send them to prospective customers.
• Follow up on quotations sent.
• Sell computer hardware and software, point-of-sale systems, and retail, restaurant, hospitality, and other business solutions to relevant businesses.
• Promote the brand of Craft Solutions within the retail, food and beverages, hospitality, and other relevant spaces.
• Strive to meet set targets always.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of sales experience preferably in the IT industry.
• A sales/marketing qualification will be an added advantage.
• Unbelievable levels of motivation and focus.
• Exceptional communication and negotiating skills.
