Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and onboard new outlets
  • Take accurate customer orders and ensure timely follow-up and delivery
  • Ensure proper merchandising, shelf share, pricing, and POSM placement
  • Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to management
  • Manage van stock, cash/credit collections, and daily reconciliations
  • Submit daily sales reports, call reports, and activity reports
  • Uphold company policies, credit terms, and brand standards

Requirements

  • At least 5 years FMCG sales experience in a similar role
  • Valid Class 4 driver’s license and experience driving a company vehicle will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Computer literate: MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Target driven, self-motivated and energetic
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
  • Good numeracy and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Bulawayo market and trade routes is an advantage
