We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with a solid insurance background to grow our client base, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive premium growth. The role involves prospecting, advising clients on suitable insurance solutions, and closing new business while ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new insurance business
- Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Maintain and grow an existing client portfolio
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals
- Provide after-sales service and ongoing client support
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Insurance & Risk Management
- Clean driver’s licence
