As a healthcare products distributor, AfriSahara specializes in supplying leading brands in general medical consumables, hospital equipment and products related to specialized medical/surgical, point-of-care, orthopedics, advanced wound care and surgical instruments.

We are currently in search of a Sales Representative to be part of our hardworking sales team based in Bulawayo. The Sales Representative is responsible for selling medical products, devices, equipment, and services to hospitals, pharmacies, doctors’ rooms, and clinics.
Responsibilities / Essential Duties:
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Cold calls and visits to prospective customers
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and sales dashboards
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Develop and implement special sales activities to increase sales.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year’s experience in a sales environment, experience in medical related sales an added advantage.
• Marketing / Business related Degree (or equivalent).
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledgeable about social media and online marketing.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Confidence and motivation.
• Driver’s license is a must.
• Should be available to start immediately.
• Must be staying in Bulawayo or willing to stay in Bulawayo
• Knowledge of Ndebele language is a must
