We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales representative to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• Minimum of a diploma in the medical field preferably in pharmacy or related field.
• Marketing qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Women are encouraged to apply.
• Registered or previously registered with Medical Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ) will be an added advantage.
Experience
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector with at least three years’ experience in selling pharmaceuticals, medical and laboratory equipment and consumables.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
• Clean class 4 driver’s license
Competencies and skills
• Familiarity with the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe standards and procedures.
• Exceptional marketing and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
• Ability to bring in new customers.
• Resolves customer complaints and queries.
• Inform management of purchase actions.
