JOB DESCRIPTION

A manufacturing company with interests in milling and beverage industry is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join the Sales Team.

Location: Bulawayo

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve trade coverage, call frequency and outlet call plan in order to meet sales target.
• Achieve sales objectives of product availability, customer service level, fair trading, stock holding and stock rotation to ensure company achieves the highest levels of trade and customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer questions about specific products
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross sell-products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Inform customers about promotions, discounts and special offers
• Stay-up to date with new products/services

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing or related qualification.
• 5 O’ Level passes including English Language and Maths.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Pastel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sound analytical, problem solving, report writing and customer service skills.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years working experience in an FMCG environment.
• 25 years and above.
