We are looking for enthusiastic and driven salesperson to join our team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Duties and Responsibilities
– Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
– Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
– Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
– Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
– Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely manner.
– Track and report on sales activities, performance, and progress toward goals.
– Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
Qualifications and Experience
A Level Graduates, Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
– Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed.
– Previous experience in a retail or direct sales environment.
– Knowledge of industry-specific products and services its an added advantage.
