Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of vehicles showroom.
• Lead and manage a team of junior staff, ensuring high performance and discipline.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales and operations role.
• Proven experience in the motor industry is a prerequisite.
• Strong operations management and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support business growth and improve sales performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse operational data and prepare management reports.
